What I like the least about working in large corporations are the meetings. There are so many benefits of working in big companies, but the number of meetings never seem to end. And to be honest, many cannot be avoided.
The problem: All participants are chronically busy, so keep track of the discussion, decisions, and next steps are quite important. But this takes time out of a busy day. Many, like me, keep that until the end of the day. And lets be honest, often it is just forgotten.
Solution: A meeting minutes service to outsource the work of meeting documentation. You record the meeting, upload it automatically to the service, and either a full transcription is made or a summary with decisions and next steps is produced.
What do you think about that? Is it possible to get a corporation on board, when many meetings are seen confidential? This is a big trust issue!
